As a veteran mom who has birthed in the hospital and at home, naturally and by cesarean, I know first hand how unpredictable birth can be. Although important, no amount of good nutrition, information gathering, preparation, and positive thinking can guarantee any desired outcome. Having gone through the process myself as a mother and a doula, I can guide you through your own initiation into motherhood as it unfolds itself to you.
